Speaking & Media

I write and speak about how AI is transforming how we learn, lead, and connect. As a former teacher with a PhD in education and quantitative methods, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of learning and technology, most recently as Head of Research, Applied Science, and AI Transformation at a $1B+ tech company (Guild).

My work blends research, storytelling, and practical tools to help audiences move past hype and fear and focus on leading with clarity and humanity in the age of AI.

I design and lead keynotes, workshops, and strategy sessions for:
- Educators and leaders, from teachers to superintendents
- Policy and nonprofit organizations shaping the future of learning
- Companies and communities navigating AI’s impact on work, creativity, and connection

Each session is outcome-driven. Participants leave with frameworks, language, and real examples they can use right away to strengthen focus, connection, and human judgment — at work, in schools, or at home.

Select Keynotes and Workshops

LHRIC Technology Leadership Institute (New York, 2025)
Keynote: “AI as a Social Technology”

Delivered to a cross-district network of superintendents, school leaders, and technologists, this keynote examined how AI is not only a technical innovation but a social force that reshapes relationships, motivation, and learning. Details here
Rockland BOCES (New York, 2025–2026)
Custom professional development workshops for educators and education leaders

I am partnering with Rockland BOCES in New York to design and deliver half- and full-day workshops on AI as a social technology, helping teachers, principals, counselors, and district leaders prepare for an era where AI changes not only what students learn but how they form attention, empathy, and identity.

Each workshop bridges research, reflection, and practice. Participants leave with concrete frameworks and examples they can use to guide their teams, communicate with parents, and design classrooms where technology deepens rather than dilutes connection.
